HISWA AMSTERDAM IN-WATER BOATSHOW
Mulder Shipyard will be returning for the latest edition of the HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show, which will take place at the trendy NDSM wharf on the Northern banks of the IJ waterway in central Amsterdam. Mulder Shipyard will be present at stand number W28, located by the main entrance.
The show runs from 4 to 9 September and we have the Mulder Favorite 1500 and the Mulder 82 Flybridge on display.
MULDER PARTICIPATES IN
CANNES YACHT SHOW
As soon as the Amsterdam event is over the boat show team will head south to the Cannes Yacht Show, which takes place from 11 to 16 September. Here we will present the Mulder 73 Wheelhouse Float to the public at stand number QML-142 bis in Vieux Port.
This lovely motoryacht is available for sale. Please contact us if you would like a viewing or for more information. You can also read the pre-owned yacht overview on our website.
THE LARGEST MULDER CONVERTIBLE
Mulder Shipyard has successfully delivered a new Mulder Convertible 72 to her owner. Based on the successful Mulder 68 Convertible but at 22 metres considerably larger, the yacht is the largest convertible built by the yard to date. With her unique colours, deluxe appearance and superb finish, the yacht has an exceptionally elegant character. Her interior also offers the finest possible combination between the finest materials and the Mulder Convertible 72 deserves to be called a superyacht in every respect.
With an aluminium hull and superstructure and an interior consisting of light materials, the new Mulder Convertible 72 has the lowest possible weight. Installed in a very well-organised engine room with a superior finish, her two Caterpillar C18 engines of 1,018 hp each ensure a maximum speed of 26 knots. The insulated exhausts are finished in high-gloss stainless steel to enhance the luxurious appearance. Moreover, the yacht has a round-bilged hull with spray rails to guarantee optimal comfort in all conditions, even on rough seas. This is also achieved by stabilisers, which ensure a pleasant and stable performance. The hull is certified by Germanischer Lloyds.
The Mulder 54 Open returned to sea after the Olympics, returning to the Netherlands where her owners enjoyed excellent conditions during the rest of their holiday on the Dutch waters.
HULL MULDER 98 FLYBRIDGE READY
Several weeks ago, we put the finishing touches to the aluminium hull of the new Mulder 98 Flybridge. Built for a client in Russia, the yacht will be delivered in the summer of 2013. The hull is currently being equipped with a complete paint system.
Meanwhile, the interior department of Mulder Shipyard is working on the interior of the yacht. Finishing activities will take place at our new facilities, due to be taken into use at the end of this year.
CONSTRUCTION OF NEW YARD
Work on the new facilities of Mulder Shipyard started one year ago. Now the concrete for the two dry docks has been poured and most of the outer facades of the halls have been placed, while the work floors and the office building are still under development.
Construction is going according to plans, and we therefore expect the new yard to be finished on time and commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2012.
